Disclosure: We may earn a commission if you purchase through links on this page, at no additional cost to you. Our editorial assessment is based on the information and criteria discussed in this review.Aspen Green is a Colorado hemp brand that sells full spectrum CBD gummies, oils and topicals, along with hemp derived THC drinks. The company emphasizes organically grown hemp, USDA Organic certification and third party testing with batch specific lab reports. In this review, we look at its current products, ingredients, THC content, testing, prices, customer feedback and policies to help shoppers decide whether the brand fits their needs. We reviewed Aspen Green’s official product pages, current terms, shipping and return information, available certificates of analysis, the organic certificate supplied or posted by the company, independent coverage from Forbes Health and Healthline, and customer feedback on Trustpilot. We checked the material available to us on September 20, 2026, but prices, formulas, stock status, review counts, and promotions can change. We did not personally test these products; comments about taste, texture, or subjective effects are attributed to other reviewers and should not be treated as clinical evidence.

Before you buy: federal hemp rules are scheduled to change later this year, and Aspen Green’s THC containing products are affected. See the section on federal hemp rules below.

Federal Hemp Rules Are Changing: What Aspen Green Shoppers Should Know

Federal hemp rules enacted in 2025 are scheduled to impose a much lower total THC limit for certain finished hemp products, with THCA included in the calculation. H.R. 6500, signed on September 2, 2026, delayed the effective date for most of the relevant restrictions from November 12 to December 11, 2026, according to current legal analyses and available government materials. The delay is not necessarily uniform, as provisions concerning cannabinoids that cannabis plants cannot naturally produce may have a different effective date. Because additional legislative or regulatory changes remain possible, readers should consult the enacted law and current official guidance rather than relying only on this summary. This is general information, not legal advice.

Upcoming federal hemp limits could affect some Aspen Green products if their total THC is above the applicable threshold when the relevant provisions take effect. The labels reviewed list more than 0.4 mg of THC per package for some products, but the legal treatment may depend on the product, cannabinoid type, testing method and applicable law. We did not find a public reformulation notice during our review. Readers should check the latest product information from Aspen Green and current government guidance before ordering large quantities.

What Is Aspen Green?

Company Background

Aspen Green identifies Brandon and Heather Lewis and Kyle and Valerie Chong as its founders or founding family members. Public-facing records reviewed for this article use more than one business or mailing address, including a Denver address on a business profile and a Jacksonville, Florida address on the organic certificate. The current Terms of Sale identify AG Beverages and Brands as the seller. These differences do not by themselves establish a problem, but readers who need to verify the operating entity should rely on the current terms and contact information on the official site.

Brand Positioning and Product Philosophy

The brand leans on organic farming, physician input and open testing. Its formulation lead, Dr. Adam Perlman, is listed on the homepage as Chief Science Officer. The site says he is compensated and that Mayo Clinic and Duke University do not endorse the company. Aspen Green also says it uses supercritical CO2 extraction and manufactures in an FDA registered facility under good manufacturing practices. Those are company statements, and FDA registration is not FDA approval.

The Current Range

The official listings reviewed on September 20, 2026, showed four main gummy lines, five oil lines, several topical products, pet CBD oils, and multiple alcohol free THC drink listings. Product counts and names can change as formulas are updated or items go out of stock, so the figures in this article should be treated as a snapshot rather than a permanent catalogue.

Aspen Green Products at a Glance

The following table records the list prices, package sizes, and label claims visible on the official site during our September 20, 2026, check. Prices, stock, flavors, and formulas may change, and the table should not be treated as a substitute for the current product label. Where a page contained conflicting totals or combined cannabinoids, we identify the ambiguity rather than treating one figure as definitive.

Aspen Green Product Review

Aspen Green CBD Gummies

The gummy jars reviewed for this article contain 30 pieces, and the labels define a serving as half a gummy. The label directions therefore require consumers to divide the gummy if they want to follow the stated serving size. The products are described on the company’s pages as vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO, and the listed ingredients include cane sugar, tapioca syrup, pectin, flavoring, and coconut-derived ingredients. Verify the current package for serving size, sugar content, allergen statements, and ingredients because these details may differ by formula.

Calm has the lowest labeled CBD amount among the gummies listed here, while Bliss has the highest. Rest and Relief list 50 mg of CBD per whole gummy, but Rest lists more THC. Because the labels define half a gummy as a serving, compare the amounts on the same basis. Bliss also has the lowest listed cost per milligram among these gummies. Forbes Health and Healthline have covered Aspen Green products, but their comments concern specific products or formulations and should not be treated as evidence of typical effects.

Potential drawbacks: Potential drawbacks include disclosed THC in the gummy formulas, the need to divide some gummies for the labeled serving size, and the possibility of noticeable effects for people who are sensitive to THC.

Who may prefer them: people who like pre portioned, discreet products and accept a small amount of THC.

Aspen Green CBD Oil and Tinctures

The oils come in 30 mL bottles with a marked dropper. The Extra and Calm pages describe 120 servings of a quarter mL each, and the carrier is organic MCT coconut oil. The Extra Oil page reviewed for this article lists 100 mg of CBD and 2.5 mg of THC per mL. If a quarter to half of a 1 mL dropper is the intended range, that would correspond to approximately 25 to 50 mg of CBD based on the label concentration. Consumers should confirm the dropper markings and serving instructions on the current package, and should not assume that a suggested amount is appropriate for their individual circumstances. Calm is the gentlest at 50 mg per mL. Bliss has the highest THC at 5 mg per mL, and Rest and Relief lead on CBD at 133 mg per mL. Relief oil was sold out when we checked.

The Extra Oil page contains different cannabinoid-total figures in different sections. We use the 3,000 mg CBD amount shown in the product information and do not treat other total-cannabinoid figures as directly comparable unless the label explains what they include.

Potential advantages: small adjustments, a better CBD to THC ratio than the gummies, and a wide strength range. Potential drawbacks: the highest upfront prices, an earthy taste, and THC in every bottle.

Aspen Green CBD Topicals

The Relief Cooling Cream lists 1,000 mg of CBD and 33 mg of THC per jar, along with tea tree and menthol. At the reviewed list price, it costs about 9 cents per labeled milligram of CBD, although this is not directly comparable with ingestible oils. Healthline’s reviewer commented positively on the texture, while a Trustpilot reviewer raised concerns about the color, staining and price. These are individual opinions and should not be treated as evidence of effectiveness. Aspen Green also currently lists a Relief Full Spectrum CBD Balm, and its COA page includes a September 2026 batch report for the balm. We did not evaluate the balm separately in this review.

Aspen Green THC Drinks

The drinks are not CBD products, but they now take up much of the homepage. They come in 5 mg and 10 mg THC versions and are non alcoholic. The site says select Winn Dixie and Total Wine and More stores carry them. Beverage sales are final, and they are among the products most exposed to the federal hemp change. We did not find capsules or isolate products in the range reviewed. Aspen Green also lists CBD oils for pets, although we did not evaluate those products in this review. Anyone considering CBD for a pet should consult a veterinarian first.

What Type of CBD Does Aspen Green Use?

Full spectrum extracts keep the range of hemp compounds, including small amounts of THC, other cannabinoids and terpenes. Broad spectrum extracts keep most of them with THC removed or reduced. Isolate is CBD alone. Research on whether full spectrum products behave differently is still developing, and the evidence remains limited.

Aspen Green offers full spectrum products only. Forbes Health reaches the same conclusion and says shoppers who want to avoid THC should look elsewhere. The table shows how much CBD each product lists for every 1 mg of THC.

Product Label CBD to THC ratio
Calm Gummies and Rest Gummies About 10 to 1
Relief Gummies and Bliss Gummies About 20 to 1
Bliss Oil About 22 to 1
Relief Cooling Cream About 30 to 1
Extra Oil 40 to 1
Calm Oil 50 to 1
Rest Oil and Relief Oil About 53 to 1

No Aspen Green CBD product is THC free. If you need to avoid THC, read the exact label and the newest COA, or choose a brand with verified THC free products.

Does Aspen Green Test Its Products?

What the Company Says

Aspen Green states that every product is third party tested and has a certificate of analysis, or COA. Labels carry a QR code that leads to the report for that batch. The company says testing verifies cannabinoid content and checks for mold, Salmonella, pesticides and heavy metals.

What the COAs Show

The COA page lists reports by product and batch. Most gummy lines have reports from 2026, though coverage is thinner elsewhere. Calm oil, for example, has one report from October 2025. We opened the two newest gummy reports. Both came from SC Labs in Denver, which lists ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation in its report footer.

Result Calm Gummies, batch AG-2606-CLG.1 Bliss Gummies, batch AG-2608-BTG.1
Label CBD per gummy 25 mg 100 mg CBD and CBDV
Measured CBD per gummy 31.6 mg (about 126 percent of label) 106.7 mg (about 107 percent of label)
Other cannabinoids CBG about 1.5 mg, CBC about 1.9 mg CBG about 2.3 mg, CBC about 3.8 mg, THCV about 2.2 mg
Delta 9 THC Below limit of quantification Below limit of quantification
Pesticides, mycotoxins, heavy metals Not detected or pass Not detected or pass
Microbial tests Not detected Not detected
Residual solvents Ethanol only, about 1,037 ppm Ethanol only, about 1,660 ppm

Two points deserve a closer look. The reports attribute the detected ethanol to food-grade ethanol used in flavoring. That note explains the laboratory’s interpretation, but it should not be treated as a general safety conclusion outside the report’s scope. The delta-9 THC results also require careful reading: both reports list THC below the laboratory’s stated limit of quantification. Because the reported limit may exceed the labeled amount for the tested gummy, these reports do not independently confirm the exact labeled THC concentration. At the same time, a result below the LOQ does not establish that the gummies are THC-free. Readers should match their product’s lot number to the current COA and review the report’s units, limits, and notes. The reports also note that some sections are not accredited by the Colorado health department and are not for official purposes.

How to Read a CBD COA

  1. Match the batch number on your package to the number on the report.
  2. Check the date, the lab name and any accreditation in the footer.
  3. Compare CBD per unit with the label, then look at THC and total THC, which includes THCA.
  4. Read the limits. ND means not detected, and below LOQ means the amount is under what the lab can measure reliably.
  5. Look for separate sections on pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, microbes and mycotoxins. A potency only report says nothing about cleanliness.
  6. Read the notes at the bottom, where explanations like the ethanol note appear.

Company Testing Versus Independent Testing

The COAs on Aspen Green’s site were commissioned by the company, even though an outside lab ran them. Forbes Health’s test of Bliss gummies reported lower CBD than the stated amount, along with approximately 1.34 mg of delta-9 THC and no reported issues with the contaminants it tested for. The Aspen Green COAs reviewed here involved different batches and showed CBD above the listed amount. Because the results are not directly comparable, check the label and COA for the specific lot you receive.

Aspen Green Ingredients

  • Full spectrum hemp extract: the source of CBD, THC and minor cannabinoids, extracted with supercritical CO2 according to the company.
  • Organic MCT oil: a coconut-derived carrier used in some oils and gummies. Check the current package for the applicable allergen statement and complete ingredient list.
  • Cane sugar, tapioca syrup and pectin: the sweetener and gel base in the gummies, with citric acid, flavors and colors for taste and appearance.
  • Hemp terpenes: aromatic plant compounds added for flavor.
  • Herbal extracts: Calm uses holy basil, lemon balm and ashwagandha. Rest uses skullcap, lemon balm, chamomile and valerian. Relief gummies list turmeric, ginger, chamomile, black cumin and black pepper. Bliss gummies list no added botanicals.
  • Peppermint oil, rosemary extract, tea tree and menthol: ingredients used in some of the oils and the Relief Cooling Cream. Check the current product label for the complete ingredient list for the specific product you are considering.

Aspen Green Reviews: What Are Customers Saying?

Customer opinions are subjective and are not scientific evidence. We looked at three places.

Source What it shows Caution
Trustpilot Trustpilot showed a 3.4-out-of-5 rating from about 70 reviews when checked. Review counts and ratings can change, so treat this as a dated snapshot rather than a definitive measure of customer satisfaction. Recent review activity appeared limited, and some entries may not clearly relate to this brand.
Aspen Green product pages Bliss gummies 309 reviews at 89 percent five star. Rest gummies 292 at 88 percent. Extra Mint oil 233 at 96 percent. Hosted by the company, and reviewers are asked to avoid mentioning medical conditions.
Forbes Health and Healthline Both were favorable overall and noted the organic claim and lab reports. Both earn affiliate commissions. Healthline’s review is from July 2024.

Common compliments: gummy taste and texture, the range of strengths, the ability to check lab reports, and steady quality according to some long time customers. One Trustpilot reviewer said the company honored its money back guarantee.

Common complaints: price, and the hemp aftertaste in the oils. Subscription problems appear more than once, including a December 2025 cancellation that stayed pending and a 2023 review about backordered shipments. A 2024 reviewer said a refund request turned into several follow up emails, and another disliked the cooling cream. These are individual accounts, but the subscription theme is worth weighing if you plan to sign up.

Is Aspen Green Legit?

Aspen Green has publicly listed company information, batch COAs, ingredient information and a stated return policy. These details can help shoppers assess the company, although they do not guarantee product quality or effectiveness.

  • Company information: named founders, a Denver address on business profiles, and US based support with posted hours.
  • Testing and disclosure: batch COAs with recent dates, a named accredited lab, and full ingredient lists.
  • Return policy: a 30 day guarantee that accepts opened product.
  • Reputation: Healthline and Med Consumer Watch reported no FDA warning letters or lawsuits in the searches they described, and our limited search did not identify an obvious matching action. Search results are not a complete legal or regulatory record.

Some context for transparency. Dr. Perlman is described on Aspen Green’s site as a member of the Forbes Health Advisory Board, and Forbes Health earns affiliate commissions on partner links. Forbes says commissions do not affect its ratings, and its own lab test came in below the label claim. We are not suggesting improper influence. It is simply worth knowing. Also, buy only from aspengreen.com, since one review site reported finding lookalike sites using the brand name.

Is Aspen Green Safe?

  • CBD can affect people differently. Reported CBD-related effects may include tiredness, digestive upset, and changes in appetite.
  • THC containing products may cause noticeable effects and may not suit everyone. The labels advise against driving or operating machinery.
  • CBD may interact with some medications, including medicines affected by liver-enzyme pathways. A grapefruit warning can be a reason to ask a pharmacist or clinician about possible interactions, but it is not a complete screening tool.
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition should speak with a healthcare professional first. Aspen Green’s labels say not to use the products if pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • The products are for adults 21 and older and should be kept away from children and pets.
  • THC products may cause a positive drug test, and the brand does not recommend them for people who are tested.
  • Follow the label directions and start low.

The FDA has not approved over-the-counter CBD products to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and evidence for many consumer uses remains limited or developing. This article provides general information only and is not a substitute for medical advice.

The table uses list prices from September 20, 2026, before discounts. Serving costs use the brand’s definitions of half a gummy or a quarter mL of oil. Cost per milligram is calculated from list price, and the site rounds its own figures. Bottle totals for Bliss, Rest and Relief oils are calculated from per mL strength on a 30 mL bottle.

Shipping and Returns

Aspen Green’s shipping information indicates U.S. shipping, with standard delivery averaging 7 to 8 business days. Shipping thresholds and delivery estimates can change, so confirm the available shipping options, final cost and estimated delivery window at checkout.

Aspen Green’s current Terms of Sale and help-center information describe a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for products purchased directly from the company. Customers must contact the returns department for an RMA number, and the help center says that a prepaid return label may be provided; refunds exclude original shipping and handling. The terms also require proof of purchase and lot identification, and beverage exclusions should be confirmed in the current terms before ordering.

Aspen Green Coupon, Discount and Deals

We list only offers we saw on the official site. On September 20, 2026, the homepage banner read “Flash sale: 30% off with code VIP30,” marked with an asterisk for terms. The site also offered 25 percent off a first order for email signups and Subscribe and Save at up to 30 percent on gummies, oils and topicals. A Discount Program page lists reduced pricing for groups such as military and first responders.

The promotion terms exclude bundles, clearance items, bulk orders and gift cards from most codes, do not allow stacking, and say offers can end at any time. A couple of product pages showed older banners with different codes, so we do not treat those as verified. Other sites list partner codes we could not confirm, and we did not test any code at checkout.

Aspen Green vs Other CBD Brands

We compared Aspen Green with Joy Organics and Cornbread Hemp using information available during the research period. Because the brands use different product strengths, package sizes, promotions, and definitions of organic coverage, the comparison is directional rather than a controlled value ranking. Prices should be rechecked on each brand’s official site before purchase.

Factor Aspen Green Joy Organics Cornbread Hemp
Formats Gummies, oils, a cream, THC drinks Tinctures, gummies, softgels, topicals, pet products Gummies, oils, capsules, creams, balms, drinks
CBD types and THC Full spectrum only, no THC free option Full spectrum and THC free broad spectrum Full spectrum, no THC free option found
Organic status USDA organic claim, handling certificate posted Many products certified organic, but not all USDA certified organic ingredients, Kentucky grown hemp
Testing transparency Batch COAs through September 2026, SC Labs Third party testing, per Healthline Third party testing, per its site and Forbes Health
Strength High, gummies up to 100 mg Lower to moderate, such as 10 or 25 mg gummies per Forbes Health Gummies up to 75 mg with 3 mg THC per serving, per the brand
Price direction Mid range to premium, flagship oil about 4.8 cents per mg Sources range from about 3.9 to 6.4 cents in a July 2026 review to 7 to 8 cents in an April 2026 review Not verified for this review

Aspen Green is not the clear winner on every line. Joy Organics makes more sense if you want a THC free product. Cornbread Hemp offers capsules and balms if you want more formats. Aspen Green stands out for published batch reports, high strength options and its gummy lineup. All three sell full spectrum products and face the same federal hemp change, though THC free products may be less exposed.

Who Is Aspen Green Best Suited For?

  • Someone looking for CBD gummies: four strengths, sample packs to try first and clear labels.
  • Someone interested in tinctures: five oil lines with a marked dropper and strengths from 50 to 133 mg per mL.
  • Someone who values third party testing: batch COAs are easy to find and current.
  • Someone comfortable with a small amount of THC: every formula is built around full spectrum extract.
  • Someone comparing premium CBD brands: organic positioning, a physician advisor and a real return policy make it a fair contender.

Who Might Want to Consider Other CBD Brands?

  • Shoppers who need to avoid THC: there is no THC free CBD product.
  • Budget shoppers: list prices run above many budget brands, especially for Calm products and the cream.
  • People who want more formats: there are no capsules or isolate products.
  • Anyone who dislikes hemp flavor: Healthline’s tester found a lingering hemp taste in the oils.
  • Shoppers who need item level certification proof: we could not see which products the organic certificate covers.
  • Anyone who wants certainty about availability: formulas and stock change, and the federal rules add uncertainty for every full spectrum brand.

How to Choose the Right Aspen Green Product

  1. CBD format: gummies are pre portioned, oils allow finer adjustment, and the cream is topical.
  2. CBD concentration: compare per gummy and per mL numbers. Calm is lower and Bliss and Rest are higher.
  3. Full spectrum versus THC free: every Aspen Green CBD product contains THC. If that is a problem, choose another brand.
  4. Ingredients: check for coconut, sugar and the herbal extracts in each line.
  5. COA: find the report for your lot and confirm it includes safety testing, not only potency.
  6. Serving size: follow the label, half a gummy or a quarter mL, and ask a healthcare professional about your own situation.
  7. Price: compare cost per serving and per milligram, and consider a $11.99 sample pack first.
  8. Drug testing: the products can cause a positive result.
  9. Return policy: the 30 day guarantee requires contacting support inside the window and getting an RMA number first.

Final Verdict: Is Aspen Green Worth Considering?

Aspen Green provides publicly available batch COAs, lists ingredients and product information, offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for qualifying purchases, and sells full spectrum products across several strengths and formats. Some products also have coverage from independent review outlets. The information reviewed for this article includes both positive and critical findings, so shoppers should consider the specific product, batch and policy details rather than relying on a general brand assessment.

Some things to consider include the THC naturally present in the full spectrum formulas, pricing on some products, and differences in information across certain product pages. Testing we reviewed also showed different results for different Bliss samples, so those findings should not be taken as representative of the entire product line. Customer reviews include some comments about subscriptions and shipping, although these are individual experiences. Aspen Green may be worth considering for adults who prefer full spectrum products and are comfortable checking the available product information and batch reports. If you need THC free products or have a specific budget, compare the available options carefully. Before buying, check the current label, price, availability, return terms, promotion details and COA for the product you choose.

Where Our Sources Disagree

Topic What sources say How we handled it
Federal hemp deadline Some 2026 articles cite November 12. September law firm updates say most provisions moved to December 11. We use December 11 and note the exceptions.
Return window Healthline (2024) cites 60 days for some products. Current Aspen Green terms say 30 days. We use 30 days.
Testing lab Healthline (2024) names Botanacor. Forbes Health and current COAs name SC Labs. We report SC Labs from the reports we opened.
Bliss gummy strength and price Older reviews list 50 mg at $79.99. The current page lists 100 mg at $89.99. We use the current page.
Label versus lab potency Forbes Health found 33.3 mg per half gummy against a 50 mg claim. Aspen Green’s September 2026 COAs are above label. Different batches, labs and dates. We report both.
Extra oil amounts and shipping threshold The oil page lists both 3,000 mg and 3,350 mg. Free shipping is above $74 in the help center and $75 on banners. We flag both and suggest confirming at checkout.

Sources Checked and Information Date

Information checked: September 20, 2026. Official Aspen Green pages were used for current product descriptions, prices, labels, policies, and company statements. Laboratory reports were reviewed separately for the batches identified in the testing section. Independent reviews, customer-review platforms, and legal analyses were treated as secondary sources and dated accordingly. Because prices, stock, formulas, policies, review counts, and promotions can change, readers should confirm material purchase information on the official site and consult primary legal sources for regulatory questions.

What we could not verify: which products the organic certificate covers, the exact manufacturing location, and whether any promo code works at checkout.
